Core Ritual™ currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to fulfill any orders outside of the contiguous U.S.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days from receipt of order, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm CST. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once processed and shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipping time may vary slightly based on carrier and seasonality, and could take longer during high volume shipping seasons.
You will receive tracking information in a separate email when your order has shipped. If you experience any tracking issues or delivery delays, we recommend you contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
You may request expedited 2-day shipping upon ordering. Depending on delivery location and package size, the price of expedited 2-day shipping will vary (estimated between $12-$25). Please note that 2-day shipping is still subject to our standard 1-3 day processing time and does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details. If you experience any tracking issues or delivery delays, we recommend you contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
If your order doesn’t arrive within two weeks of its anticipated delivery date, please email us at email@example.com to request a replacement. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Lost shipment claims outside of the two week window will be considered on a case by case basis.
We want you to love your Core Ritual products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase (yes, even if you’ve opened it!), we’re happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
We understand that it can take a few tries to realize that a product isn’t right for you, and that’s why we gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as less than 50% of the product has been used.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in your email, and we’ll provide you with a return label, our return address, and shipping instructions. If possible, please reuse the box your items came in and the packing materials inside. Once we’ve received your return and inspected the product, we will offer you a full refund or exchange, depending upon your preference. Please allow 5-10 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return. This time frame may increase slightly during high volume times. Following inspection, we’ll notify you as to whether the criteria for a refund have been met. Your refund will be issued in the same format as original payment and will reflect any discounts applied to the original purchase. Once your refund has been approved, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
For return requests outside of the 30-day window, we may issue merchant credit or partial credit in lieu of a full refund. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we will not accept any return requests outside of a 60-day window from the date of purchase.
If you purchased a set, all original items included in the set must be returned in full to receive a refund or exchange.
If you received Core Ritual as a gift, you can return or exchange your items following the terms and conditions of our usual policy. We’ll just need to verify the purchase using either the order number or the email address used at checkout.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Gifts with purchase and promotional samples cannot be returned or exchanged.
When your order arrives, please be sure to inspect it for any damage that may have occurred in transit. If you receive any unusable items, contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and photos of all damaged products and/or packaging. Our team will file your claim and find a satisfactory solution.
